The Regulatory Guillotine project in Armenia - funded by the Austrian Development Agency, Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the World Bank - organized a study tour in Tbilisi, Georgia for the purpose of getting familiarized with the legislative reforms of the country in different sectors of economy, studying Georgian Legislative Procedures’ and Regulatory Framework related policies, structures and practices, familiarizing themselves with the Georgian model of Regulatory Decision making principles and the dialogue between the public and private sector, also changing experience based on the economic reforms in Georgia moving to a relatively well-functioning market economy in 2014.
