Reforms in the Transport Sector Have Been Discussed

On November 5, in the National Centre for Legislative Regulation a meeting took place with the Business Advisory Council where the package of proposals on further improvements in the field of transport was discussed.

According to the package, the licensing and business processes in the sector of passenger taxi transportations have been essentially simplified.

The National Centre for Legislative Regulation has also examined the organization process of regular transportations, fundamentally transformed the organization of the competition procedure and also defined the requirements for participation in the competition in the field of mini-bus transportations.

In the field of intrastate transportations the centre scrutinized state regulations related to the transportation of various goods and also the practises for providing a permit for transportation.
 
Upon passing of the package, a series of legal acts will be improved or recognized invalid and at the same time a number of business processes will be simplified.
